The image above is an example of what will be displayed if the user chooses to update a task.

In the image, you can see two automation tasks, each with a different status. The task labeled as "Not Started" is still open for changes. You can easily edit or delete this task using the Edit or Delete options found on the right side of the task row. Since it hasn’t begun, you’re free to update details like the field, treatment, or schedule.

On the other hand, the task marked as "Completed" has already been finished, which means both the Update and Delete options are unavailable. Once a task has started or completed, it can no longer be modified or removed, as all its parameters have been locked in place. This helps ensure that the history of completed tasks remains intact for future reference.

In the list view, you can also edit or delete any existing chart of account. To edit, simply click the Edit button on the right side of the account you want to modify. A form identical to the create form will appear, but this time the fields will be filled with the existing data. Make any changes you need, and click Update to save them.

If you wish to delete a chart of account, click the Delete button next to the account. A pop-up will appear asking you to confirm the deletion. Click OK to proceed, or Cancel if you change your mind. If confirmed, the selected chart of account will be removed from the list.

Below these graphs is an account statement that lists all transactions. You can view transactions by setting a Start Date and End Date to narrow down the statement to a specific time period (by default, all transactions are listed). There’s also a dropdown menu that allows you to filter the statement by Category or Fields. Once you've chosen your filters, click "Filter" to apply them, or use "Reset" to clear your selections.

If you need to add a new transaction, simply click "Add Transaction". A form will appear where you'll need to fill in all the necessary fields. Once completed, click "Create" to save the transaction. After it's added, you’ll be redirected back to the Financial Tracker Dashboard, where the new transaction will be reflected in the account statement as well as updated in both graphs.

For tasks marked as Not Started, users will see the Update and Delete options. The Update option lets users modify the task, allowing them to adjust details like the field, treatment, start and end dates, and any other parameters. The Delete option is also available, giving users the ability to remove the task entirely. These actions can only be performed on tasks that haven’t begun yet.

Next, the user selects the treatment needed for the task. This is a dropdown field as well, but if the required treatment is not listed, the user can click Add New Treatment. A form will appear, asking for Product Name, Plant Category (dropdown), Application Rate, and Unit (dropdown). Once the form is filled, the user can click Create to add the new treatment or Cancel to stop the process.

After choosing the treatment, the user will fill in the Start Date and End Date for the task. The next step is selecting the Cause, a dropdown input where users can choose more than one cause. If the cause needed doesn’t exist, users can add a new cause by clicking Add New Cause. This will bring up a form asking for the Cause Name, Type (dropdown), and Description. After filling in the fields, users can click Create to add the cause or Cancel to abort the process.

Following this, the user will choose a Method (dropdown) and then select Equipment from a dropdown list. If the required equipment is not available, users can add new equipment by clicking Add New Equipment. This will open a form requesting the Equipment Name and Type. After completing the form, click Create to add the equipment or Cancel to stop.

The next field to fill is the Equipment Flow Rate, followed by the Comments section. Once all the fields are completed, the user can click Create to finalize the automation task, which will then be displayed in the list of automation tasks.

Find the task you want to remove and click the delete button next to it. The system will then ask for confirmation to ensure you want to proceed with deleting the task. Simply click "Ok" to confirm, and the task will be deleted from your list.

If a cancel request is present, the reason provided by the assigned user for canceling the task will be displayed. Below the reason, you will find radio buttons with options to either accept or decline the request.

If you choose to accept the cancel request, select the "Accept" radio button. This action will remove the task from the assigned user's list.

If you decide to decline the request, select the "Decline" radio button. A text box will then appear for you to provide a reason for declining the cancel request. Once you have entered the reason and submitted your response, the task will remain in the list, and the requester will be notified that their cancel request has been declined.

Click the "Cancel Request" button, and the system will prompt you to provide a reason for canceling the task. After entering your reason, click "Send" to submit the cancellation request. The request will then be sent to the person who assigned the task for their review and approval.

Click the "Start" button next to the task you want to begin. This will open a detailed view of the task, including a map showing the location of the field, task details, and a stopwatch. The stopwatch has start, pause, and reset options to help you track the time taken to complete the task.

To start the task, click the "Start" button on the stopwatch and begin working. Once you finish the task, stop the stopwatch and check the box to mark the task as complete. Then, click the "Finish" button to finalize the task.

If you can't complete the task in one go, you can pause the stopwatch and click the "Save" button, which is next to the "Finish" button, to save your progress and continue the task later.

You can edit the task's name and select the relevant field, with a map displayed beside the task type, task name, and field to show the location of the "field" involved in the task. Update any equipment or other specific fields as needed.

Make sure to adjust the assign date, end date, assigned user, and priority as necessary. Once you've made all your changes, click the "Update" button to save your edits.

Once you've selected a field that meets this condition, you'll find the "Delete" button on the right side of the field’s row. Clicking this button will trigger a confirmation pop-up. To confirm and proceed with the deletion, click "OK." If you decide not to delete the field, click "Cancel" to stop the deletion process.
