Editing Tasks

Editing a task in Tactani follows the same process as creating one. You will see the same fields and options. Start by selecting the task type. this will determine which fields appear. If you need a different task type that isn’t listed, you can add a custom one.

You can edit the task's name and select the relevant field, with a map displayed beside the task type, task name, and field to show the location of the "field" involved in the task. Update any equipment or other specific fields as needed.

Make sure to adjust the assign date, end date, assigned user, and priority as necessary. Once you've made all your changes, click the "Update" button to save your edits.
