Creating Tasks

Creating a task in Tactani is simple and allows for customization based on your needs. Start by selecting the task type from the dropdown menu. Depending on the task type, different fields will appear for you to fill out. If the task type you need isn’t listed, you have the option to add a custom one.

Next, provide a name for your task and choose the relevant field. You'll also see a map next to the task type, task name, and field that shows the location of the "field" associated with the task. If the task requires specific equipment, select it from the dropdown menu or add new equipment if it's not listed.

Fill in a description of the task, set the start and end dates, assign the task to a user (or check the box to assign it to yourself), and set the priority level. Once everything is filled out, click the "Create" button to add the task to your list.
